Veteran actor and Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan on Tuesday charged that the movie trade was once being defamed and slammed the ones from the leisure trade indulging in it, pronouncing they’re biting the palms that feed them.
Though Bachchan didn’t take any names, her remarks come an afternoon after BJP’s Lok Sabha MP and Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan mentioned there was once an issue of drug habit within the movie trade and in addition actor Kangana Ranaut’s fresh remarks calling Bollywood a “gutter”. Without taking names, the Samajwadi Party MP, Jaya Bachchan, mentioned she utterly disagrees with those that referred to as the leisure trade a “gutter”. “People who have made a name in this industry have called it a gutter. I completely disagree and I really disassociate,” she mentioned.
