Guwahati, Sept 16: Chief Minister Sarbanands Sonowal on Wednesday offered executive subsidy cheques to marketers to arrange new cinema halls and reopen or renovate closed and previous ones to assist the leisure trade of Assam. For reopening or renovation of closed and previous cinema halls, the ones decided on are Indrapuri Cinema Hall in Barpeta, Anuradha Cine Complex in Guwahati, Nakshatra Cinema Hall in Lakhimpur, Mayapuri Cinema Hall in Bongaigaon and Nazira Film Cooperative Societies in Nazira.
